Experience
We have completed countless additions of varying size, design, locale, and expense. Our experience has allowed us to assemble a hard working team of builders each who have much experience in the respective trade that they perform. Due to our experience we are able to foresee problems that might arise on your project due to local city/county constraints, geographic or topographic location, plumbing, wastewater, or electrical tie in, and much more. This will avoid the extra charges for overlooked issues, which have become a commonly occurring problem that many consumers now associate with contractors. If you don't add anything to the project, our proposal price will match our invoice price every time.
Work ethic
Getting a room added to your home is a big deal. It is a project that requires a certain amount of invasion into your personal space. Our awareness of this aids us in addressing your needs, and treading as lightly as possible. We also minimize duration of this disruption by assigning a sufficient number of employees to the project. We use sub contractors for certain trades since they are well equipped as well as experienced to perform their trade and allow us to keep our employees progressing on other aspects of your project. We order materials ahead of time to avoid delays and request inspections in advance. We remove the adjoining wall framing at the last possible phase of the project and coordinate crews in a way that allows multiple tradesmen to make progress at the same time, and most importantly we think ahead!
Our team
Our team can complete all trades in the residential setting. Consisting of carpenters, drywall installers, plasterers, roofers, concrete formers and finishers, welders, cabinet installers, painters, tile installers, equipment operators, electricians, plumbers, pool contractors, and more. We have the right man for the right job. We don't send out a “jack of all trades” type who tend to be really skilled at many trades involved with the project but inexperienced in others. When enjoying your room addition you will want the satisfaction of a high quality finishes such as; exterior finish (i.e. stucco or siding), smooth drywall on the inside with texture that is even and matches the rest of the home, paint that doesn't peel, trim that is cut to tight tolerances, electrical that is safe and works properly, roofs that don't leak, drains that don't clog easily, etc… No single tradesman can perform all of these trades as well as our team of individual specialty tradesman and subcontractors.
