We have a crew of skilled and reliable employees that are well versed in overseeing sub contractors and managing the project. We can handle all phases of remodeling both common and uncommon in the commercial environment including electrical, plumbing, built in fixtures, T-bar ceilings, metal stud with drywall, ADA improvements, communications conduit, signage, painting, flooring, and much more.
General contractor/ Project Management
We are also well experienced in project management. Our extensive list of subcontractors, and employees who are knowledgeable in differing trades enables us to provide you with the right man for the right job, and our strength in management enables us to coordinate contractors for all trades and get your project completed fast and with minimal involvement or time investment from you.
Subcontracting
If you are a general contractor or a project manager we have crews on payroll for many of the common trades. As a subcontractor we can provide you with skilled professionals, and general laborers to complete one or more trades for your project. We will be happy to provide an estimate for one or more aspect of your project such as, bathroom remodels, fixture installation, door hanging, demolition, custom laminate shelving/checkout counters, or demising wall construction; including: framing, electrical, drywall, plumbing, and painting.
